My heart is so saddened with the loss of Autumn. It's so heartbreaking, not only because she was so young, but of 2 children that shouldn't have to say goodbye to their mother, or her of them. Thoughts, love and prayers to all of Autumn's family. May God bless and comfort you during this difficult time.
