Frances Jean (Doubet) Booher of Greenwood passed away February 5, 2024, at 92 years of age. She was born December 26, 1931, in Galesburg, Illinois to the late John and Hilma (Martin) Doubet. Frances was married to Gary L. (Skip) Booher on April 17, 1970, in Indianapolis. He preceded her in passing on June 21, 2021. In addition to her role as a loving and supportive wife, mother and grandmother she had a successful career with Carpenter Better Homes and Gardens as a real-estate broker for thirty years. She was a member of the Southport Presbyterian Church, Kiwanis International and enjoyed spending free time gardening, doing puzzles, cooking and entertaining. She was also generous in her service to the local community volunteering with Perry Township Hunger, Inc. Food Pantry, Community Hospital South and Midwest Food Bank.
Frances is survived by her children; Tom Booher (Karla), Kim Gratz (Ivan), Benita Thomasson (Jeff), Rod Molchin (Darleen), and Nancy Miller Bennett. In addition to her children, she is survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Private Interment will take place at Round Hill Cemetery, Indianapolis, Indiana.
