Virginia Ann "Ginny" Clunie

Mrs. Virginia Ann “Ginny” Clunie, of Greenwood, passed away on the early morning of December 5, 2019. She was 86. Ginny was born April 3, 1933 in Indianapolis, one of three daughters born to Robert Neff and Elma Lois (Foley) Walker.

Ginny was a graduate of Howe High School and was employed as a group insurance auditor for Farm Bureau Insurance for 30 years before retiring in 1989. She was also a long-time member of the Greenwood Christian Church.

Ginny is survived by her children, Ron (Sonna) Clunie and Brenda Gulley; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in passing by her husband, Lynn R. Clunie, whom she married June 22, 1950, and her sisters, Barbara Bossingham and Margaret Weston.

Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 pm, Monday, December 9, 2019 at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood. Burial will follow at the cemetery.
