Vanda Kay Turpin, 49, of Indianapolis passed away February 28, 2022. She was born August 12, 1972, in Indianapolis to the late Bobby Joe Miske and Joyce Ann (Sexton) Miske. Vanda enjoyed spending time with her son Ashton, taking him to fairs, amusement parks, and monster truck shows. She also loved caring for her Yorkipoos. She enjoyed spending her time in the kitchen preparing delicious holiday meals. She loved caring for all of her nieces and nephews.

Vanda is survived by her husband Wendell (Terry) Turpin, her son Ashton Lane; sister Angelena Shaffer (Keith); sister in law Laverne Williams (Jeff); nieces and nephews Ashley Lane, Melissa Rodriguez (Brandon), Micheal Lane (Samone), Pancho Rodriguez (Katelynn), and several great nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles

Celebration of Life Service for Vanda will be Saturday, April 2, 2022, at Bel Aire Banquet Hall, 2915 Tibbs Ave. Indianapolis, Indiana 46222 from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00p.m. Online condolences maybe offered by visiting www.singletonmortuary.com
