Michael "Milky" James Blankenship

Michael “Milky” James Blankenship, 43, Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on February 8, 2021. He was born on January 27, 1978 in Indianapolis to his parents Robert and Ruby Hamilton.

Michael played basketball. He was an avid Colts fan. Michael loved spending time with his family and has always been a jokester. He loved to sing and dance.

Michael is survived by his parents Robert and Ruby Hamilton; siblings Shanda (Viviano) Reyes, Melisha Bonnette, and Robert Hamilton Jr.; nieces Mikayla Shaw, Kaylee Ramsey, Marissa Dale, and Devyn Hamilton; nephews Zakary Dale and Dorien Hamilton; and several cousins, aunts, and uncles. He is preceded in passing by his maternal grandparents Jessie and Ruby Blankenship and paternal grandparents Crawford and Barbara Hamilton; aunts and uncles; nephew Isaiah Dale; and his cousins.

Visitation for Michael will be Monday, February 15, 2021 at Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 1202 S. Lynhurst Dr. Indianapolis, Indiana 46241 from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. with a service officiated by family at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow immediately after at Floral Park Cemetery.
