Mamie Marie (George) Browne, 78 Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on August 30, 2021 at her residence.She was born on November 15, 1942 in Jamestown, Kentucky to the late Ruben and Lula M. (Brockmar) George. Mamie had been a waitress for years at the Waffle House. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Mamie is survived by her loving daughters; Jamie (David) Bussie and Tina S.(Butch Branham) Lane; grandchildren David, Crystal and David, Jr.; six great-grandchildren

Devon, Caleb, Corbin, Malachi, Emma and Chloe; seven siblings: Lois, Mary, Shirley, Kay, Faye, Paul and Linden, brother-in-law: Ray Staley.

Celebration of Life will be held at a later date .

Arrangements entrusted to Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center.
