Judith Irene Wade

Judith Irene Wade, 76, of Indianapolis passed away at her residence November 26, 2021.  She was born May 15, 1945, in Indianapolis to the late Roy H. Wade and Mary Alice (Jessup) Wade.  She was employed for 20 years a manager with The Family and Social Service Administration with the State of Indiana, retiring in 2016. She obtained her Master’s Degree in 1998. She enjoyed horseback riding, travel, and her dog Riley. Judith was a member of the Southport United Methodist Church.

Judith is survived by her siblings; Mark, Becki, and Sandra Carver (Craig); several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in passing by her brother Gary.

Service for Judith will be 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at Norman F. Chance Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 504 National Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana  with calling from 10:00 a.m., until the hour of service.
