Judith Marlene Pickell

Ms. Judith Marlene Pickell, Brownsburg, passed away peacefully on the morning of Monday, May 4, 2020 at her residence. She was 79. Judith was born February 6. 1941 in Muncie, Indiana, a daughter of the late Carl T and Marla C. (White) Pickell.

Judith was a graduate of Muncie Central High School and received her nurse’s training and Associates degree at the Marion County General Hospital School of Nursing. She had served the Indianapolis community as a Registered Nurse since 1964. She worked primarily in the home health care field until her retirement in 2018. She was of the Christian faith.

Judith is survived by her sister, Jeanie Longmire as well as her caregiver and friend, Sabrina Graham.

She was preceded in passing by her parents.

Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 1202 S. Lynhurst Dr., Indianapolis, is entrusted with the arrangements.
