Janet Harris Obituary

Janet Kay Joseph Harris, 74, of Indianapolis passed away on the morning of October 8, 2020 at her home. She was born May 3,1946 in Indianapolis to the late William and Marjorie Delores Nolan Joseph. Janet was married for 55 years to Danny Harris. She enjoyed spending time with her family, pitching horseshoes, bowling and was active in the Young Marines.

Janet is survived by her husband Danny Harris; children Melinda Craft, Laura Phillips (Kenny), Toni Lynn Harris, and Tracy White (Jeff); brother Bill Joseph; sisters Beverly Duhon and Vicki Williams; fourteen grandchildren, and twenty-five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in passing by her daughter Jamie Craft, parents and five sisters.

There will be a private family gathering. Arrangements by Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.singletonmortuary.
