Helen Beatrice Meadows

Mrs. Helen Beatrice Meadows, Greenwood, passed away on the early morning of Saturday, February 15, 2020 unexpectedly at her residence. She was 68. Helen was born February 17, 1951 in Indianapolis, Indiana a daughter of the late Harry R. and Ruth M. (Walker) O’Neal.

Helen attended Thomas Carr Howe High School and was a member of the graduating Class of 1969. She had been employed for several years in insurance billing for Dr. Martin Feeney, retiring in 1997 and also at Community Hospital family Practice (VEI). She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church.

Helen enjoyed sports, especially Indiana University basketball, the Indiana Pacers and the Indianapolis Colts. She also enjoyed listening to the radio and was an staunch supporter of her children’s and grandchildren’s activities.

Helen is survived by her husband, Steven A. Meadows; her children, Marc Meadows and Michelle (Todd) Casey; her grandchildren, Jacob Casey, Jordan Casey, Bentley Meadows, Sadie Meadows and Brandon Meadows as well as her sister, Debra O’Neal.

She was preceded in passing by her parents.

A Memorial Service will be conducted at 3:30 pm, Sunday, February 23, 2020 at the Ninevah Christian Church,1261 County Road 775 South, Ninevah, Indiana 46164.

The family will receive friends from 2:30 pm until the time of service Sunday at the Church.
