Donald Edward Brewer

Mr. Donald Edward Brewer, Indianapolis, passed away at his residence on the afternoon of Friday, January 31, 2020. He was 71. Don was born December 9, 1948 in Franklin, Indiana a son of the late Vincent and Nellie J. (Haymaker) Brewer.

Don was a 1970 graduate of Franklin High School and he also proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He had been employed as a welder at Arvin Meritor – North America for several years. Don loved the outdoors and especially enjoyed fishing as well as collecting guns and knives and going to auctions and flea markets. Don also enjoyed country and bluegrass music.

He is survived by his wife of over 47 years, Judith (Brummett) Brewer; his children, Juanita (Steven) Smith and Donnie Brewer (Chrystal Clark); his grandchildren, Kayannah Brewer, Donniven Brewer and Jayden Smith as well as his brother, Kevin Brewer.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in passing by his siblings, David Brewer and Linda Kelley.

Services will be conducted at the convenience of the family.
