Brian Dale Crook 23, Indianapolis passed away September 16, 2016. He was born April 22, 1993 in Indianapolis, IN to Barbara (Mattingly) Mumaw and the late Brian Keith Crook.
Brian is survived by his mother and stepfather Barbara (Mike) Mumaw; brother Denny Mattingly; and grandmothers Alma Johnson, Granny Mumaw and Gwen Mattingly. He is preceded in passing by his father Brian Keith Crook, grandparents Nicki Poppelwell and David Mattingly.
Services will be at 12:30 p.m. Friday, September 23 at Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center. Visitation will be Friday from 10:30 a.m. until the hour of service at the mortuary. Interment will follow at New Crown Cemetery.
