Anibel Fern (Zellmer) Hutson

Anibel Fern Hutson, 82, of Indianapolis, passed away May 15, 2023.  She was born January 12, 1941, in Indianapolis, to the late Levi Peter and Sybil Leona Weasner Zellmer.  She married Wayne Eugene Hutson on February 14, 1969, in Indianapolis, as he preceded her in death in April of 2000.  Anibel was employed by Western Electric for over 19 years and she was a member of Southport Baptist Church.  She was also an employee of Long’s Bakery in Southport.  She is a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, poet, and musician.  She is beloved by her family and will be missed by everyone who knew her.  She is survived by her son, Dwayne Anthony Hutson, of Noblesville; daughter Rebecca Ann Wray Shope, of Indianapolis; six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.  She was also preceded in death by her son, Richard Allen Wray Jr.  Services will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, May 19, at N.F. Chance Funeral Home, 504 National Avenue, Indianapolis.  Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Thursday, May 18, at the funeral home.  Interment will be in Floral Park Cemetery.  Arrangements by Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center.
