Albert F. Edwards Jr.

Albert F. Edwards Jr., 75, of Danville passed away in the early afternoon of August 1, 2020 at Hendricks Regional Rehabilitation Center.  He was born on May 29, 1945 in Indianapolis to the late Albert F. Edwards Sr. and Lola Mae (Gibson) Edwards. Jr. was a maintenance worker for INDOT for 6 years, retiring in 2009.  Prior, he owned an independent owner operator transporting primarily agriculture products. Jr. and was a member of New Life Christian Church in Lizton.

Jr. is survived by his wife Joyce A. Edwards; his children, Brian Edwards (Jill), Mark Edwards and Mary Edwards; sister Janet Marsh (Dale); brothers Frank Edwards (Carol) and Mike Edwards (Cindy). He is preceded in passing by his father Albert F. Edwards, Sr., and brothers Larry and Dave Edwards.

A Celebration of Life service will be Saturday, August 8 at 2:00 pm at New Life Christian Church, 1025 E. SR 39, Lizton. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until the hour of service at the Church. Inurnment will take place at Lizton Cemetery.
