My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
Mr. Osborne was truly an amazing teacher and had such a soft soul to him.
I was blessed to have had him as a teacher and he will be greatly missed.

"His dimples and infectious smile, light-hearted attitude, and boyish charisma is what led Billy to have so many wonderful memories to share."

What a perfect description of Billy! I have wonderful memories of Billy and I growing up in church, attending Southport High, and going off to college at Indiana State.  Condolences to his family and may he rest in peace.

SENTIMETAL SALUTE was sent by Eric Glant.

My deepest condolences to your family. Bill was the definition of a renaissance man and it was a blessing having him play such a large part of my life growing up. He was truly loved and respected by me and all who had the privilege of knowing him. May God bring you comfort during this very difficult time.

I would like to offer my sympathy.  Mr. Osborne was my English teacher in high school.  He was the type of person who would look for the very best in his students and get the very best out of you.  He knew how to bond with people and he could tell what you needed help with and he knew how to help.  He was a great teacher.
