I was very saddened to hear of Victor's early death. I grew up in the Rosedale neighborhood with him and enjoyed our youth together. Spent a lot of time playing basketball together.

Vic worked with me as a coworker and employee for several years at FFI. We went on a number of road trips around the country where I learned allot from his experience. I always appreciated his willingness to do whatever it took to get the job done, his mild demeanor and smile. He was a good man!
RIP Vic. 🙏
