Joyce and Family --- It was with a heavy heart to see Tuck's name this morning in the paper....I always admired him, and think of him often, wondering how and what he has been up to...always dreamed of taking him fishing! He always had a smile, and was always a pleasure to see each day at work....when I grow up, I want to be just like Tuck! We love you guys! Terry & Barbara

We were the lucky ones! Al & I and our 4 children (Niki, Jake, King & Mack) spent the last 29 years with Tuck and Joyce in Alabama. They were a big part of our lives. We shared the best of times; celebrating the birth of children, getting together to watch the Indy 500 (a week early), trick or treating and playing darts at their home, eating holiday meals, and so much more. They were also the ones who came to our need when hurricanes destroyed our home. After Katrina, we were living on our barn and Tuck would wait hours in line to get gas and ice for us. He would pick up my kids from school and take them to their house where Joyce had study tables set up so they could do homework. Our 6 hearts are hurting for our family, Joyce and "Tucky" and Joyce's world has turned upside down. Charlie, Judy, Cindy, Deb, Leigh, Bev, Jeff, and Linda, ... please take care of my "sister" Joyce. I love her and she needs all of you.

I am saddened by the passing of Tuck. Many have said how he was always smiling and positive. He was, indeed. I hope that the coming days will be filled with the fond memories of moments you shared, and you will experience peace. Just know that I am thinking of you.

I am so sorry for your loss. What a privilege it must have been to know such a person. I pray that the God of all comfort help your family during this time of loss and know that He is eager to end the pain caused by losing such a loved person, as mentioned in the Bible at Revelation 21:4, there we are told in part that God will soon wipe every tear from our eyes, and death along with pain would be no more, this is His promise, sure to come true. In the meantime, please know your family is in my thoughts and prayers as the days pass.
