Frank will be missed by his whole family. He was a kind and loving person and is now with his beloved Carol again. He fought hard, but finally tired of the battle. May he rest in peace in the loving arms of Carol and God. We love you Frank and give Carol a big hug for us.

Prayers to his family. I worked with Frank at IPD where I was a civilian processor/officer. Frank was a good man. Never a dull moment. He always found ways to make those around him laugh. He will truly be missed and I believe is in a better place now with his wife and the Lord. (I am so sorry I didnt realize his wife had passed in December, so my condolences to you for Carol as well).
