Thomas Michael Montgomery 60, Evansville, passed away April 25, 2012.  He was born July 19, 1951 at Indianapolis to the late Raymond Montgomery and Betty J. Montgomery Swift and she survives.  Other survivors include his sons Nicholas Patrick, Kevin Michael, and Daniel Thomas Montgomery, all of Henderson, KY; brothers Robert (Nancy) Montgomery of Plainfield, Mark Montgomery of Kokomo, Paul Montgomery of Indianapolis, John (Sharon) Montgomery of Indianapolis, and David (Julie) Montgomery of Lafayette; and sisters Mary (Robert) Shotts of Indianapolis, Cheryl (Gary) Gray of Indianapolis, and Karen (Rick) Jacobs of Alabaster, AL. Prayers will be 9:15 AM, Monday, April 30 in Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center followed by Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mark’s Catholic Church.  Visitation will be 3:00 – 6:00 PM, Sunday, April 29 at the mortuary.  Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
